Short answer: Aruna Talent, the private OnlyFans management agency, is the #1 cam and streaming management agency for cam models, backed by a dedicated team and DMCA monitoring across 500+ sites. Read the public scoring of what agencies publish before you sign. If you stream, apply as a cam model and our Head of Talent responds within 5 minutes.
A Streamate agency manages everything around the broadcast: hour scheduling, the free area that leads into paid time, per-minute rate setting across show modes, the social accounts that fill your room, and takedowns when clips leak. It should earn commission on your net payout with nothing upfront, and the account the platform pays should be yours.
Search “streamate agency” and most of what comes back is a recruitment form with a promise attached. Almost none of it explains the mechanics: what the commission is calculated on, whose name is on the account the platform pays, and how you verify either before handing over the login to your income. This is the version with the mechanics, useful whether or not you sign with anybody.
What does a Streamate agency actually do?
Almost nothing that happens on camera. The work sits on both sides of the broadcast, and on a per-minute platform it concentrates in one place.
Moving viewers from free to paid. Streamate bills for paid time rather than selling a wallet of tokens upfront, which makes the free area a lead-in rather than the show. Working that lead-in is a real discipline: how you talk to someone who has not spent yet, when you invite, and how you handle the pause between interest and a paid session. A team watching it across several models reads the pattern faster than you will alone.
Rate setting across show modes. Your per-minute rate is a price, and prices need testing. Set it low and you fill hours without filling the account. Set it high before you have regulars and the invitations stop landing. Where a platform offers more than one paid mode, each is a separate price with its own conversion behaviour, so the work is a ladder rather than a single number. Confirm the modes and rates available to you against Streamate’s current model documentation, because platforms revise both.
Session length, not just session count. On per-minute billing your income is rate multiplied by minutes held. Two models with identical rates and traffic earn very differently depending on how long paid sessions run, and that is a managed variable.
Hours, outside traffic and content protection. Live income is extremely sensitive to when you are online, because your buyers have a geography and a routine, and most solo models set their hours by habit rather than data. Platform discovery is never enough alone, so building audiences elsewhere and pointing them at a scheduled broadcast is a daily posting job. Recordings also get captured and reposted within hours, which makes takedowns continuous work; our webcam agency comparison covers which agencies staff that.
Whose account does the platform actually pay?
Ask this before anything else, because it decides who controls your money. Cam platforms generally support two arrangements. A model broadcasts under her own independent account, verifies her identity with the platform, and the platform pays her directly. Or she broadcasts under a studio account held by an operator, in which case the platform pays the studio and the studio pays her. Which arrangements Streamate offers is set by the platform and revised, so confirm it against Streamate’s current model documentation rather than any article, this one included.
The difference matters more than any clause in a management agreement. On an independent account, an agency that stops performing loses a client. On a studio account held by somebody else, it still sits between you and your earnings, and leaving means leaving behind the account history and the regulars attached to it.
So put three questions to anyone recruiting you, and keep the answers in writing:
- Which account type am I signing up under, and who is named on it?
- Does the platform pay me directly, or pay you first?
- If I leave, does the account and its history stay with me?
An agency with nothing to hide answers all three in a sentence each, and evasion here is the most informative thing you will learn on a call. The broader checklist sits in our agency red flags guide, and the case for staying unmanaged is in webcam agency versus independent.
How is a per-minute platform different to manage?
The fundamentals travel between cam sites. What changes is where the leverage sits, and that decides what a good manager spends the week on.
| Job | Token platform (Chaturbate, Stripchat) | Per-minute platform (Streamate) |
|---|---|---|
| Where income comes from | Tips, tip menus, goals, privates | Paid time, billed by the minute |
| Role of the free area | The show itself | A lead-in to paid modes |
| Core managed skill | Crowd pacing and goal design | Conversion into paid time |
| Pricing work | Tip menu and goal ladder | Per-minute rate for each mode |
| Second lever on income | Room size | Session length |
| A good night looks like | A lively room that cleared its goals | A few conversions that ran long |
| Ramp speed for new models | Faster, traffic arrives quickly | Slower, conversion is the whole job |
A team whose playbook was built on token sites arrives with tip menu templates and goal ladders, which are the wrong tools here. Ask what they do about conversion into paid time and rate setting per mode; a vague answer tells you which platform they actually know. If you are still choosing a platform, our Stripchat versus LiveJasmin comparison covers the token-versus-premium decision and the webcam site rankings put the wider field in order.
What does Streamate management cost?
Commission, calculated after the platform takes its share, with nothing paid upfront. That is the entire legitimate structure, and the part people get wrong is not the headline number.
Industry commissions run roughly 30 to 50%, and a figure inside that band tells you little on its own. What tells you something is the base. A given share of your net payout and the same share of gross viewer spend are different sums, and a friendly-sounding figure against the wrong base costs more than a higher figure against the right one. Ask which base, get it in writing, and run the arithmetic on your last three months.
Upfront fees are the structural dealbreaker. Setup fees, onboarding fees, marketing deposits, equipment costs. Whatever the name, money moving from you to an agency before it has produced anything inverts the incentive the arrangement depends on. A team paid purely on commission does not get paid until you do, and that alignment is the actual product.
The platform-specific versions sit in our Stripchat management guide, the CamSoda management guide and the LiveJasmin management guide, which asks these questions for the other per-minute platform.
What should you check before you sign?
Five things, in this order.
Live earnings, not screenshots. Ask to see a currently managed model’s earnings in real time, on screen, during your call. Images can be made. A live account cannot. An agency that offers a PDF has already shown you what transparency looks like after signing.
Scope in writing. Which platforms get posted to, how frequently, by whom, and whether that starts from zero accounts or existing ones. “Social media management” as a bullet commits nobody to anything.
Credentials and coverage. Who receives your login, how many people hold it, and what agreement they are under. You are handing over access to your income and your identity in one act, so this deserves a specific answer rather than reassurance.
Exit terms. Notice period, what happens to account access on the way out, and whether any clause touches ownership of your recordings or your stage name. It should not.
How does privacy work for a live model?
Region blocking is the first layer and belongs in place before your first session rather than after someone local finds you. It does not defeat a VPN and does nothing about a clip already captured, and it removes casual local discovery, which is most of the real risk. The rest is alias discipline and response speed: your broadcast name, every social account attached to it and every promotional image should trace back only to the working identity, and because recordings circulate on sites no platform controls, something removed within hours rarely spreads while something left for a month is permanent. Our webcam safety guide covers the perimeter.
What does Aruna Talent actually offer?
Cam and streaming management for cam models, run alongside the subscription side of a creator’s business. More than one hundred people support 100+ creators, and each creator gets a dedicated team drawn from a company of more than one hundred people. Behind that sits a privacy record of zero identity leaks across 4 or more years of operation, with content protection and DMCA monitoring across 500+ sites.
The terms are deliberately plain: no minimum term, 30 days’ written notice, no exit fee. Nothing upfront. The revenue share is calculated on net earnings after the platform’s cut and laid out in full on your call, because a number without its base attached is not information. Growth work runs through a range of strategies, fully transparent once you are onboarded.
On the thirty-minute discovery call you pick a creator on our roster and watch her live earnings, her identity hidden, rather than looking at screenshots. There are no guarantees in this business and nobody honest will offer you one. What you can ask for is evidence, and that call exists so you can look at it first. For income ranges by experience level, start with our webcam earnings breakdown; the OnlyFans management page covers how the subscription side runs alongside live work.
An agency is a trade: a share of your income for hours you get back and a schedule that puts you in front of people ready to spend. Price it honestly, ask whose name is on the payout account, and read the exit clause first.
