You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit an application. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our program. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion. Information provided in applications must be truthful and accurate.

Creator Content: Creators retain ownership of their original content. Specific content licensing terms are covered in individual creator agreements.
Earnings Screenshots: Earnings screenshots displayed on the Site are from real creators and are used with permission. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings figures and testimonials shown on this Site represent individual results from real creators managed by Aruna Talent, contributing to $10M+ in annual creator revenue generated across 60+ creators. These results are not typical, and your results may vary based on effort, niche, market conditions, and other factors. The $20K+ first-week guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined in your individual creator agreement. We do not guarantee any specific income level beyond the terms of that agreement.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
